How to read a Certificate of Analysis
Understand identity, purity, batch numbers, testing dates, and what third-party documentation can—and cannot—tell you.
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is a batch-specific laboratory report. Start by confirming the compound name and batch number match the product documentation.
Review the testing method, identity result, purity result, testing date, and laboratory information together. A COA supports quality evaluation, but it does not establish safety, medical benefit, or suitability for human use.
